Connecting to Wi-Fi

Android

Save these certificates on your device

  1. HTTPS Certificate
  2. NWHS Root Certificate

Install a certificate

  1. Open your device's Settings app.
  2. Tap Security and privacy More security settings. Encryption and credentials.
  3. Tap Install a certificate. Wi-Fi certificate.
  4. Tap Menu.
  5. Tap where you saved the certificate.
  6. Enter a name for the certificate.
  7. Tap OK.

Connect to Wifi

  1. Select 'Add network'
  2. Enter the following details:
    1. SSID: NWHS
    2. Security: WPA2/WPA3 Enterprise
    3. EAP method: PEAP
    4. Phase 2 Authentication: MSCHAPV2
    5. CA Certificate: Select the 'NWHS Root Certificate' you installed on your device
    6. Online Certificate Status: Do not verify
    7. Domain: nwhs.local
    8. Identify: NWHS Username e.g. a.smith
    9. Password: NWHS Password
    10. Click Save
  3. Connect to Network

The Device should now be connected to the internet.

 


 

Apple

Save these certificates on your device

  1. HTTPS Certificate

Connect to Wifi

  1. Go to 'Settings'
  2. Click Wi-Fi
  3. Select 'NWHS'
  4. Enter your NWHS Credentials
  5. Click 'Trust'

The Device should now be connected to the internet.

 


 

Microsoft

  1. Select the Network  or Wifi  icon in the notification area.

  2. In the list of networks, choose the network 'NWHS', and then select Connect.

  3. Enter your NWHS Credentails.

  4. Click Connect

The Device should now be connected to the internet
